SFOA Board Meeting Minutes 8-27-2007 6:00PM
Present: Kenny Lamb, John Krentzman, Dick Redmond, Ed Sullivan, Steve Patterson, Guy Spiros, Joe Magadino
Absent: Reggie Smith
Meeting was held at Clearwater High School. 6:00 PM
The Board voted unanimously to use the evaluation procedure prepared by the Evaluation Committee, Bob Weil Chairman. Treasurer Ed Sullivan said there are enough SFOA funds available to implement this procedure. The procedure will be placed on the web site.
Due to the reported negative remarks, parking problems, and requested “scratches”, Kenny Lamb is to contact SYFC this week and request a meeting with their President and Organization leaders.
An SFOA officials conduct situation was brought to the attention of the SFOA Board which may be in violation of the FHSAA Officials Code of Ethics. This situation is being evaluated.
