SFOA 11/17/08 Board Meeting Minutes
Attendees: Ed Bates, Dick Redmond, Ed Sullivan, Steve Patterson, David Barber,
Steve Patterson, Ray Glen, Randy Helms, Guy Spiros
Absent: None
Meeting called to order at 6:15 PM by Ed Bates.
Dick Redmond presented the Board 10/20/08 meeting minutes to Board. The minutes
were accepted.
Sean Glen situation was discussed. It was determined that Sean missed 1 game due
to an issue with FHSAA in which he was temporarily suspended. He received a 1
game suspension, voted on by the SFOA Board, for an unauthorized email to FHSAA.
No further game loss was incurred.
The Bill Hammond issue was discussed. The Board ruled that based on the
information available, that Hammond’s “clock only” rating is justified and will
remain.
Final evaluations for the 2008 season are in process and Dave Barber reported
they will be available soon.
A limit on hosting crews during FHSAA playoffs was set at $60.00 for round 1
games and $75.00 for round 2, 3, and 4 games.
