SFOA 10/6/08 Board Meeting Minutes
Attendees: Ed Bates, Dick Redmond, Ed Sullivan, Steve Patterson, David Barber,
Steve Patterson, Ray Glen, Randy Helms, Guy Spiros
Absent: None
Meeting called to order at 7:15 PM by Ed Bates.
Dick Redmond presented the Board 9/22/08 meeting minutes to Board. The minutes
were accepted.
Ed Sullivan gave a verbal treasurer report
Dick Redmond reported that the Playoff Procedure voted on has not been
documented, however a procedure as it is understood is ready for tonight crew
selections.
Bylaw revisions were discussed. A vote for a 2 year president term was
discussed, voted on and passed. This took most of the board meeting time.
The proposed bylaw revisions were finalized and are ready for a vote at the
10/20/08 meeting.
The Board meeting was adjourned at 7:00 PM
