SFOA Board Meeting Minutes 7-30-2007 6:00PM
Present: Kenny Lamb, John Krentzman, Dick Redmond, Ed Sullivan, Steve Patterson, Guy Spiros,
Absent: Joe Magadino, Reggie Smith
Meeting was held at Clearwater High School.
Bob Weil, Chairman of the Evaluation Committee, presented the Board with a document prepared by the committee which contained the current rating of each SFOA member, a form to be used in evaluation, and a proposed evaluation procedure. The procedure defines the who, how and when the evaluations are accomplished. The Board must determine how this can be implemented.
The proposed SFOA 2007 budget was discussed at some length. It was decided that the treasurer, Ed Sullivan, should update the budget and present it at the 8-6-2007 meeting.
Ed Sullivan will determine by 8-6-2007 meeting if the SFOA Federal tax return has been filed.
After evaluating 2007 budget items, the Board decided that the SFOA membership dues should be lowered to $20.00 and must by paid by 8-20-2007.
It was decided that the proposed changes to the PYFC contract would be rejected and the 3 year contract is to remain as it was presented. It was reported that the signed SYFC contract was received.
